does anyone know of any new launches coming up? Sorry real estate agents & brokers I would prefer buying from a launch rather then paying some premium. However have funds available so can buy and sell it to you guys at low premium.

So Customer just need to send copy of his passport which is we will register let's say in Emaar or in any other Developer who does launch...from our side customer will get a good care, good tooken number (its not secret that even you will came directly to buy - there are so many people waiting from early morning and most of the time in the end of launch price goes up - 10 % over IN THE SAME DAY), so we getting tooken number - you are caming with your check book to pay downpayment or deposit. And everybody happy...If somebody interested - just send me e-mails, when we have new launch or something HOT ...you will know first

hmm my priority is Emaar and Nakheel. I dont know about Damac have been hearing is not good but I might be interested in DAMAC as well if the project is good and cheap. The one they launching at Burj Dubai will be REALLY expensive.

I've heard very expensive prices (7000dh a sq foot ).
The thing with this development is you'll have to wait a long time before it even starts! Most of the towers in the burj dubai district are being built by emaar themselves but there's an area where other developers can build. However the land there isn't ready for construction yet so will be a wait before anything gets underway there.
Damac have a habit of launching stuff which is years away from even beginning construction! Example, their lotus project in business bay can't start because there's some unicef office (or some organisation like that) on site that are refusing to move.
