Try to go and visit sports city and you will see how new and un reputed developers like FALAK , RUFI , BANGASH , PROFILE etc are working,.,,,,

If you maek payment to developers's account then it wont go to ESCROW , you should insist for ESCROW account right from teh beginning or else dont make the payment, Just make 5 or 10 k AED initial amount for blocking the unit and write down on teh reservation form that remaining amount will be paid once the ESCROW is done.

You shuld do some home work before you arrive here, There are hundreads of developers and thousands of agents here who can show you millions of properties.Just choose carefully and try to go direct to teh developer if ur looking for pre launch,Almost every developer has something to offer as a pre launch as its becoming a fashion to say that his is on the pre launch even though the prices will be higher than the ones launched a while ago.Becos it depends on several factors.which one needs to understand like cost of land, award of construction contract , demand and developer's reputation etc etc.

It's easy to launch projects. Have they delivered anything so far. Launching 6 projects close to one another has got me thinking for sure.

My thinking about triplanet is the same like what ROSHAN said,They are not even started constructing one and launched many very fast that is a bit shaky on their part...
Look for other developers in SC.At the moment Falak is the best on number one , in terms of progress and quality or work. Then Rufi comes on number 5. ( NO ONE IN BETWEEN ON NUMBER 2 ,3 ,4 LOL)

That's one reason I did not buy in Sports city. Elite soon will come up with the 100th tower LOL.
