I have read on this blog about Damac and a member on this blog said to stay away and Tereza answered him .
From my latest experience with Damac
i advise edvice every participant in this blog to stay away from damac
damac uses the pyramid effect in its prelaunches where it collects 10,000AED FOR A UNIT, 100,000 FOR HALF A FLOOR and 150,000 AED for a full floor where by you wud have to fill a consent form to debit your credit card if u have any interest to participate as a buyer in the pre-launch, AND THEY WILL RECREDIT your card if u loose interest.
here it is suppose to be used that if they show u a unit and you consent to buy it then they wud debit your credit card, however to my surprise the second they recieve your consent form they debit your credit card, whether they show u somthing or nothing
one thing for sure the man who debited my card didnt show me any unit , although other member from damc showed me only one unit on the day of the launch ,
you do your calculation
lets say there was 1000 people that had interest for units that is Aed 1000000 they take it and keep it earning money for no service what so ever for at least a month
and imagen the exchange rate losses that you incure in this procedure .
The Damac representative debited my card a day before the launch as per bank record, and on the day of the launch , he didnt show me any unit in that property not only that he tells me he was off that day ?????
this type of money collecting and keeping it as a float and earn interest on it gives them plenty of money for doing nothing .
In short Damac should clean its act , and make money the proffisional way .
Tereza I know you tried hard , but your collegue debited my card and didnt show me one inch . And DO correct me if I am wronge

then they will show you the units on the day of the launch and i was contacted on the night just before the launch , so i signed fast and faxed it not to miss the chance , little did I know that they will debit my card on the same night ! before the launch the next day
I was even told by one of Damac's people that some people even paid 15% down payment so they will have more priority, for units
this is all new for me , i am learning every day but sprinting and not walking .
