A developer is going to launch a new project in Dubai Waterfront, in 2 months for 2.600 AED p/sqft:
The project is going to be located in front of the sea on Jebel Ali, which will be one of the best locations in dubai since waterfront properties are most demanded But limited available.
Its is going to be a high luxury building for residential, with 1BR, 2BR and 3BR appartments, every floor has 12 units and is 17000 sqft.

The Deal: now we got an exclusive oppertunity to buy (half)floors for 2.200 AED p/sqft.

Advantages:

- We are sure that the prices are going to rise to 2.600, since we know the developer is going to launch it that price in 2 months time.
- We also know that all interested buyers will visit the launch and most sales are done during the launch.
- The developer is verry popular developer among investors which makes selling their projects much easier.
- When buying now one has the advantage of having paid the lowest rate and can sell at a lower price at the launch, let's say 2.450 AED p/sqft compared to developers price 2.600 AED p/sqft

Can you provide details of the developer. Name, Projects, portfolio. How can i invest without knowing the developer

The only way we can make money if we are to buy a floor or half and sell it at the ore launch but who are u and how can we trust u
and who is the developer and how do u know about it ?

triplanet have started thier construction so i dunno what ur talking about? price in elite projects are really good thats why they sell fast. can you get me better prices wid gud location? i realy dnt think u can. do ur home work propely especialy if you live in dubai.

yesterday i was in sports city and could not find anything except sand dunes on triplanet plots.i will send u photo on this forum later today,i dont have anything against triplanet,may be they r started working just recently for elite 1.
I can get u many projects with competitive prices.The location of elites are nothing special to me,may be there ll be access problem for elite 1 and 2 during cricket matches.
I m an end user and not an agent,i do analyse and help ppl only.its not money making business for me.
U should ve responded to my forum immediately after my post and not after months....
