Never heard of Kamoon. More details please. Anyway the prices are way too high for a 1 BDR. Could get something like that in the Palm.

Emaar unveils three new residential quarters at The Old Town in Downtown Burj Dubai

Quote:
Prices range from AED 985,888 to AED 2.19 million in Kamoon 1, and from AED 1.07 million to AED 2.17 million in Zanzebeel 1 and 2.

But this are old prices... and dont know which kamoon you have?

My feeling is that Old town and Down town still has some juice. Once Burj Dubai comes up, the prices could still escalate.

The bottom line is you should be able to withstand the payments - OR - distress will be knocking at the door.
