Default Business Bay Dream Bay Tower
i am intersted to buy a half f;oor in Buisness Bay , Dream Bay Tower.The half floor is 7936 sq. and 1650dhs per sq ft. The completion is summer 2009, includes 11 Car Park,..

any advise from any friends ?

1650 is very good price but i believe there is high premium in it

It has to be otherwiese 1650 is a very good deal!
