sorry! congratualtions on your purchase. I imagine you will get anything from 10% upwards. At 10% it will be very easy to sell, especially if it is high up and has a park view. Even with a road view you should achieve 10% net to you.

and yes u are right i was keen on getting a high floor apartment, i was really lucky (and flirted a lot with the sales lady to get me good units) heh

i got both of the units in the 6th floor with community and street view.

i guess i'll wait on the other unit till phase 3 to get 30% premium.

with this profits i'll buy full floors if possible or what ever i can get my hands on in the next launch (phase 3)
