Has anyone heard of this one to be pre-launched soon?
Have the previous 6 been successful and does anyone know how many more Elites we are going to see in DSC?

Here are some basic details on Elite 7, due to be pre-launched on Thursday. Copy of passport and a reservation fee of 5,000 Dhs to book an apartment. Prices are indicated to be between 1,350 and 1,400 Dhs per sq ft. Studios start at 485 sq ft so studio will cost between 654,000 Dhs and 679,000 Dhs. No transfer fees and no agents commission. Payment plan is expected to be 10% on booking and 10% every quarter.

I think the amount of interest in pre-launch has risen so much that the prices have started overtaking resale prices Dubai is going mad

How can you say Elite 7 is a good location? Nowhere near the main hub, canal or stadium.
1300-1450AED is not cheap. Why is this price so high?

Is there any bank financing Elite 7 ?
