Default Teema at Asmaran Thread - Secondary Market Value?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum though I have been reading up a lot. I had bought a town house at the 1st launch (which I still have) and have been looking into selling it now. The reason I have held out this long is that a friend (who knows someone, who knows someone, who knows someone...who works there) told me it might be a good idea to hold onto it for a while.

I have been checking out the secondary market, but received a very weird vibe: it does not make much sense! I have been getting all sorts of offers and am not sure what to do now.

So here is my question to you: have any of you purchased/sold a Teema property? If so, please post the details of it, if you dont mind. It would really help me. I, in turn, would be more than happy to share whatever information comes my way.

Thanks for your help,

Doctor Robert

Default Question to an Admin

Is it ok for people to post info about their property and resale value?
I am not looking for forummers to post what they have to offer, but only what they have already sold. That way, it might help to enlighten the rest of the people as to how much they should go for.
