Firstly I would like to say hello to you all.

I would like to buy into the abu Dhabi property market at pre launch or at the off plan stage. any help and advice will be greatly received.

I actually work in Dubai in the property business.
I can have as much prelaunch as you would like.
I work for a company that has lots of contacts.
We do our own developments and we sale developments of trusted developpers.
Please let me know what you are interested in, what would you like to buy, what return do you expect, when could you have the money ready and I will send you all the info necessary.

i am interested in a studio or 1 bed apartment on al reem island, either off plan, pre launch or a resale. I am looking for an investment and good return on my investment with preferably a 30/70 payment plan.

Looking to buy a complete floor in pre launch - preferable Commercial buldings in free zones. Most important is good location.

It's pure investment, so there is no specific size requirements.

Also, there is no limit in the budget - it just need to be a good investment.

Ok I will look into that for you..

Meanwhile, if you are interested in an excellent flip opportunity, there is an opportunity in investing in Lahoya Bay on Al Marjan Island with units starting from only 1000/sqft (much below current prices) and only 15% down (instead of 40% and 50%). The next 15% will be due in 6months time before then we will flip it for you for quick returns!!
