Hi
It seems by the time we here of a prelaunch by a reputable developer everything is sold out,

Has anyone got the right contacts to secure a floor at pre launch or before phase.

Must be with a reputable developer(not damac) and a good payment plan

I have got such contact. Its not the cheapest developer however very reputable one.

I dont want floors but may be I can get units at a reasonable price and make some money out of it
