Default selling procedures
I have baought a 1 bedroom appartment few monthes ago and now interested in selling I have advertaised it in the news paper and i have someone who wants to buy it.
does anyone know what is the selling precedure as I am not residing in dubai and I have no idea on how to do it to sell my appartment.
so please anyone who sold before help me with telling me the process.
