Has anyone had any experience of using 'Better Homes' as a management company. I am in the process of looking for management compaines to look after my rental property and these keep coming up on my search.

i have had several dealings with them - all bad experiences.

first of all - the staff there seem to act as if they are doing you a favour.

everything they sell is not the advertised price.

the fees are outrageous and they take from both ends

they do not listen to what you want but try to sell you what they want to sell you

on renting -

worse than useless. rude, unhelpful and never seem to know anything of substance.

set up to look slick and take your cash - worst agent ever had the misfortune to deal with.

Avoid them unless desperate

I know people who have dealt with them, and they have never made them out to be as bad as that. You may have just had a bad experience with one person............................

I know people who have brought through them and rented through them each time with no complaints.

they are not as bad as that. probably just a bad experience with one person.

I use Exclusive Property Management for rental.A very good english company.

Have any one tried Deyyar management company, i heard they are fine, (not from personal experience though)
