Hello guys, I am a new joiner and I really like this forum.
I bought 1 B/R Badrah Phase I at 900K 700 Sq ft and so far I paid 20 % (first 2 instalment)
How much should I ask as a premium on my investment and when should I sell

i got a 1 br in badrah phase 2 about 1 week back. its 7th floor...796.99 sq ft. o.p=12,10500.....i got it for a premium of 14%. do u think i should hold it till end of october..if i do how much premium should i expect to get?

I was reading past posts on the transfer of Badrah and has left me confused. I am investing in Badrah phase 1 (my 1st investment in Dubai) and going to Dubai to do transfer in a couple of weeks. I thought I go with seller to Nakheel office and once paid seller deposit and premium just have contract and future payments signed over to me.

Does Nakheel need info about premium? Because i wanted to do private deal in regards to premium. If i do this with seller, what papers do i need from seller to make sure the unit will be transferred to me and he doesnt back down after?

I have studio @ 12% net and 1 bed @ 11% net
1% commission will be paid by the buyer.

In cityscape, we are expecting badra phase 2 to reach 16% to 17% premium.

premium + 10% deposit to nakheel....the o.p was 12,10500......and i wanted to

know if its good to invest in maysan towers and cud someone please give me
