Can someone tell me more about High Rise Properties. How credible is this developer ?

Any idea on their Reputation

High Rise is a company formed by one of the Al Tayer family members. Al Tayer is a powerful family in the UAE.

This might be their first freehold project and as other developers can be gauged only when delivered.
