Any guys here specialise in property marketing/advertising?

I have a couple of apartments to sell.... one in Abu Dhabi Al Reem Island and one in Ajman below market price.

I talked to a view agents and some said its best to keep them for a whle cos the summer time everythin cools down and goes flat.... but anyway i need to advertise them and I dont kno where.

I am not interested in the papers cos you open it and you have 10 million properties advertised there.

Is there a special way to market them or someone can advice without giving names of advertising companies etc (perhaps through PM).

I gota get rid of them as I need the cash and this is why i left room for the buyer to resell too. So the price is below market.

I didnt know the summer season can be this slow.

what price/premium are you selling Reem Island apt at?

15% premium... (neg)... the most attractive point about it is that the payments are every 6 months. Thers 3 months left till the next payment so am giving the buyer this period to resell or hold on till the next 6 months comes up.

Anyway what do you think the best method of marketting is or the most effective shall we say.

Id imagine going through a private broker would be best. I can give you contact details for an agent I use who is very good.

So anyone here knows an effective way of marketting properties? I dont have the time to contact many agents. I am looking for someone with a good network or just someone whose good with advertising.

I hope someone can advice.
