HOT News - major specification upgrades

Following feedback via this forum I have added a second shower room to some 2 bedroom apartments and created more 3 bedroom, 2 shower room units.

Now that we have the first floor completed it is certain that owners will have Sea views, some in TWO directions !!!

Price adjustments from 10th January 2008.

Since we have revamped the apartment layouts and have now applied for revised planning permit to add extra balconies to the back of the building the prices are being adjusted to reflect cost increases and construction progress.

Anyone receiving a quote before 10th January 2008 will gete a fixed price for 1 month.
