Rolf van Goor has left Resort Alliance and is setting up his own business. Dont know what he is doing.

Hi Peter,

We have recently bought at Westside in Hurghada and are very happy with our purchase. We have been very impressed with the Sahl hassessh developemnt and are considering a second purchase there. I amd interested to know your opinion on whether it is all hype or will it actually be as good as they say and if so where would you invest?

I think it will be every bit as good as they say but you should get in early. As soon as the shops and restaurants begin to open in 'old town' and the sunken city and the Piazza are finished just watch prices rocket. My advise would be to snap up one of the remaining units in El Andalous (I have some Resales) or consider Ocean Breeze, which is closest to the new marina.
