Launch of Sara's Residences Hurghada

I have today purchased three apartments in Hurghada which are already built and adjacent to the new pedestrianised Mall. Built on five floors with only the Developers offices on the ground floor, with a beautiful pool and landscaped gardens and built 50% bigger than surrounding apartments. These were built primarily to rent to wealthy Egyptians from Cairo during the Summer months, 200 metres from the Mall and 400 metres from the beach these were a snip at 350 GBP per m2. There are only 41 units in the complex and there about 75% remaining - we were the first to buy, other than the 6 units which have been kept for the Developers family. There are still studios at under 15,000GBP and two bed units from 34,000 GBP. There are just a few 3 bed, 2 bath units with over 177m2 at less than 78,000GBP. What is the latest on the Sara's Residence?

There is still some availability in Sara's Residence; prices have changed very little but apartments are up to 20% bigger than average. The building has nice open views and is very close to the Esplanade in the new Touristic Centre. The Developers have installed very stylish smoked glass windows and completion is expected September 2008, all floor and kitchen tiling is now complete. Same spec as Sahl Hasheesh El Andalous. Excellent sound proofing, high ceilings and very high spec.

All prices are now quoted in Euros for Sara's residence so I think that these are out of date George!

Available units left in this project 27 units, so its around 50% or more of this project is sold out.
What other agents you talking about?

I believe, there are 45 apartments altogether. If 27 is available that means not over 50% sold?

If this is a value for money development and is nearing completion then why is it so slow to sale?

because unit left most of them are real big sizes so its slow not alot looks for big size apartments
