This development is being made by Damac Properties one of the largest developers in the middle east and the biggest in Dubai. This is the first project in the Hurghada region, it is going to be 55.000 units. The people who get in Pre release should benefit from a price rise of between 10 to 15% day one. This is not guaranteed but this is what happens in Dubai.

Nothing too report much yet on this development - but keep watching.

The best time to get into Gamsha bay is pre release, you have to fill in an expression of interest form. Let me know if you need one.

You will specify what sort of property you need and pay a small holding deposit. On the day of release you will get the full information and decide if you wish to proceed.

Normally if you express interest pre release, the prices you will get are 5 to 15% below release day so we encourage any serious investors to get in pre release with an expression of interest form.
