Just back from business trip to Hurghada and took these pics of the fabulous new Marina - just about walking distance from Red Sea Residencia.

The shops are still being fitted out - saw two cafes / restaurants open and a new branch of HSBC bank, and a super market.

Looks like there will be many "names" in the usual up-market type small shop units.

The entrance is defo "low key" and not easy to find.

Lots of very expensive boats already moored there - can only get better for visitors - will become the "in place" to people watch within the next year I would think.

The New Marina is just about where the name "HURGHADA" is printed.

hi dave, this definately looks like el-gouna, will make your area look something

where is the marina situated. Our development is the oasis resort. Is it far from here ?

I've added a map from propertastic on the original post for you to check the location, but I think you are a bit further out towards El Gouna.
