I just got details, the cheapest are gone, but the rest still sound great, definitely of interest.
Has anyone on here purchased the first appartments?
I wonder if its people hoping to cash in on a quick capital appraciation??
Thoughts?

Over 50% of the development is sold out and studios for GBP9,999 were sold on the first day of release however there are still few remaining. The starting price of the remaining units as of close of business was £16253, the most expensive ones GBP21,450. It is certainly a very attractive price for the location!

The furnishing package is not included in the price and can be purchased at GBP3,495. It is possible to spread the payment for 10 months interest free and have your furniture delivered and fitted before the completion.

The standard finishing of the apartment (i.e. what is included in the price)

Regency Crash Pads' finishing includes all the following items:

• Ultra-modern interior design from a leading Italian interior designer
• Cleopatra ceramic floor tiles throughout
• Aluminium powder coated windows frames and balcony doors
• Rendered walls painted in a colour according to the purchaser's wishes
• Internal doors with locks and architrave
• All electrical power points and light switches
• Sockets for internet and telephone
• Granite work surface in kitchen, plus stainless steel sinks with mixer taps and fitted kitchen units
• Plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher
• Ideal Standard toilet, washbasin and shower
• Marble vanity shelf, extractor fan and ceramic wall tiles in bathrooms

All of the clients who purchased on Regency Developments have the use of all the External Regency Facilities, Beaches, Pools, and Jacuzzis etc.

For the divers there is a fresh water facility to wash their Kits in. To place their Kits, store rooms are provided are all *****amen treated and secured by a 24 hours security service.

All of the clients will be given a Regency Discount Card that clients can use in all of the Regency Restaurants.
