Veranda Overview and Location

Alexandra is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms flat, and is approximately 110sqm.

Hi Ross its Becky the other half of Martin and Becky who reserved the studio with you at Veranda!!

I have a problem Martin and I have gone our seperate ways and he is no longer willing to proceed with Veranda. I think that Veranda and Sahl Hasheesh will be one of the best investments I could ever commit to. I have a very good deal agreed in writing with 16months interest free and 9% discount as you know and don't want to lose it!!

Any thoughts? Don't think I can stretch to it alone!!

from 60,750 gbp for a 67.5m first floor, 72,450 for 67.5m2 with garden 39m2, going up to 86,025 for a 67.5m2 top floor with a 64m2 private roof terrace.

There are only 18 Julietta's on Phase C, 6GF, 6FF, 6SF

we have changed some of the julietta 1 beds into 2 beds

same size as before but we have taken out the kitchen and made the extra bedroom from there. the kitchen has been replaced by a breakfast bar
