i have tried to upload our report on hania beach here but the website only lets me upload 1mb pdf file and the report is 2.5mb..i have compressed it to 2mb using winrar codec, free to download.

the developer has tried to maximise the view from each unit so there are many different sizes on each size unit. rather than write it all here it would be easier to send the report. To get you started, i have attached ground floor plan and cgi front elevation, you can see on the ground floor plan unit sizes and prices for ground floor.
