sahl hasheesh exclusive beach front sea view

i have exclusive for a limited period 12 apartments 10m from the beach on the villa lot 2 on sahl hasheesh. beautiful spot, direct sea views, right on the beach.

two years off plan.

residential villa neighbourhood, park area next door, small development, pool, patios and terraces.

extremely desirable for owner/occupier who does not want to be on a large resort.

This kind of property is gold dust and very hard to come by..I am sure these will sell out within days of being handed over to my uk broker so i am asking here for intersted parties to register their details with me.

no discount and the list will be called on first come first serve basis. so register now!

1 bed and 2 beds prices will be between 60k - 130k (approx)

my guess is we have about 4 weeks to prepare marketing and 6 weeks on sale.

As a resident of hurghada and broker who has been involved from day one on sahl, i honestly believe these are the best units available in the region.

But lot 2 is not exactly beachfront - is it really 10 meters from the sea? Seems like extension of Azzurra as they bought this plot additionally to 26 for further developments...Or smth changed?

the lot I have is well infront of azzura, its a villa plot being made into luxury apartments. right on the sea front, with excellent sea views. Neighbours include Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) who has bought one of the Naslshah apartments nearby. Actually looking at the master plan its LOT 3, sorry! I have tried to attach some pictures. Confusion arose because Lot 3 is divided into 3 sections.

The plot is now called El Basha, the villa designs are beautiful.

The plans are not yet on CD so I cannot post online, but will as soon as possible.

The El Basha development in Sahl Hasheesh consists of a number of Boutique private villas.
