I hope all are well. Message from the developer. The project will only be launched once all the I and T are correct and in place. Kindly be reminded that the developer will only launch the project when it is ready to be rolled out in phases. This is a massive project of 320,000,000 Sq Ft and is not a joke, therefore I am sure this development will be fantastic once it is relesed. Any one who is a client or have clients for this project kindly hold on and Damac will deliver the goods. I am sure we will not be dissapointed. Also I have heard that some big hotel groups want serious plots in the development, therefore this will add major value to the development.

Damac launched 2 projects in Cairo - Park's Avenue ( on the desert way between cairo & alexandria ) and the other project in Katamya (20 km from Cairo Airport)

still no news , I don't think there will be any info during the next 3-6 months

Damac will continue to Hype it up in the hope that we all get so excited and the project will sell out very quickly

it seems the project is still under development , I'm sure they didn't even took the license for the buildings

I have seen some of the material on this project, it looks fantastic. I am personnely looking forward to investing in a holiday unit there.
