You are right Paul it is all speculation at the moment,I suppose we will have to wait and see what happens when the development is released..

Release was suppose to be in October, now it is probably January.

But then again we had a date for the launch back in June - then July - then August - and then we gave up on dates....

What Exactly is the issue on why they haven't released it as yet, anybody know?

The guys at Damac will start posting here soon, and perhaps outline true starting prices.
I had a conversation with the team yesterday and outlined that there was lots of guessing going on.....! I gave them the link to the forum.

Excellent ,we welcome some more information regarding this development as no one seems to know what is exactly going on.
Hopefully we can get some first hand information from the people at Damac.

The Damac staff UK and elsewhere only know what comes out of head office. The main agents like us who are linked into head office get the information at the same time. There is a good deal of frustration on all quarters which should be sorted soon. Of course we cannot operate without our contacts at Damac which we value highly.
