What is happening with Gamsha Bay project? Has anybody heard of any new development. Why the silence? If anybody has any info/ views on this development I will be interested?

Hi,

We are all waiting to hear about the release of Gamsha Bay ,however it is all very quite on the westrn front as no one knows any release dates at all.
We will have to wait and see.

If you follow head office guide lines, of which even some Damac employees don't, the release date is not allowed to be public until it comes from the horses mouth.

I have had four phone calls from different people in Damac in the past week all wanting to tell me about Hyde Park in Cairo and all blissfully unaware that their colleagues are calling me too..!! Classic case of utter confusion....

Why are DAMAC delaying this project, is it because they want to sell off their other projects in Egypt before releasing this one?

The dates for this project are all over the place with no one any the wiser.

Are there any other project around Hurgada to match the DAMAC project? or is this going to be the best around and it's going to be worth waiting for?
