To be honest it looks fantastic,However we do not have enough information to compare with anything else.
Marsa Alam is another area that is receiving a bit of attention from serious investors.
I do not know much about it myself maybe somebody else can give us some further info on the Marsa Alam thread...

Hi flip,

from what I hear it will be one of the next places to invest in.
there is an airport already in place, suppose to be nice hotels and developments on the way.
I haven't yet been there myself but will try and visit next time i'm out there.
Anybody been to Marsa Alam recently?

hi went to Marsa Alam in January this year and drove through to Hurghada, quite a long trip took an hour and Half in a taxi. cost a forture £70.00 return. Drove past a few villa's being built on beach, a stone factory and a boat yard that built boats. Also a campsite near the sea which I found different but some Italian's go on holiday there. Should be a long time before the developments reach each other. The airport there is private and only opens when the planes are due to land, they have Wednesday flights from the UK (manchester). HOPE THIS HELPS.

Does anyone know any 'official' word about this development?
Ive seen an online PDF and it looks great (but then artist impressions always do)!
Im really more interested in the pricing structure. From what Ive read about DAMAC it isnt going to be cheap. Id rather price myself out of the market ASAP then wait!

This development as great as it will be, has had that many launch dates I think Nasa have taken over LOL.
I wish Damac would come forward with a concrete launch date or explain why the hold up.The brochure looks great and I have too heard it will be expensive, however by the time it is launched these may be normal prices if you see what I mean.
Please don't anybody give me a hard time over my post here these are my thoughts,I only know what everybody else knows about this development which is very little.

The best time to get into Gamsha is pre release.
You need to fill in an expression of interest form.
About a week before it is released all people in the pre release will get pre release prices, probably 5 to 15% below release price.
You have a window of opportunity to get lowest price, and I would urge everyone interested in this development to do it this way.
If you dont like the prices on release you can say no and get your money back. So you have zero financially to lose.
