Default Gamsha Bay in Egypt

Just to keep everyone up to date and aware that the expected release is still due in June this year.

As a Damac representative, and one that is highly visible, we are passing on what we know and what we are allowed to release. Register with us to be sure to be sent an update as soon as it breaks.

We have added a map just in case you did not know Gamsha Bay is just above Hurghada in the Red Sea region -- watch for details.

I hear DAMAC are the developers- renound for dubai planning and constructions?

Very minimal info on it at the moment but I appreciate its still early days yet!

Would appreciate more info on it when you get the chance!

See ya D

Exclamation Info on Gamsha Bay

Hi

I'm an Agent for Gamsha Bay and I can confirm that it is DAMAC who are the developers. The project is enormous and will run for at least 10 years, and will be far superior and much larger than Sahl Hasheesh.

I have some info if you would like to see the initial adverts etc. Send me a private e-mail since this is NOT an advertising forum.

Everyone (it seems) is an agent for Damac, and like the other 99% of people out there, I was under the impression that the Gamsha Bay release was going to be on October 12 (end of Ramadan). However, today Damac have released a villa project in Cairo - more info in the advertising section.

Maybe Gamsha has been put back till later. Anybody else have any news?

Andy

Exclamation Gamsha Bay Developer Speaks

We will only be releasing full information and pricing policies as and when it has been officially confirmed, we do not feel there would be any point in speculating beforehand.

As the Gamsha Bay development is yet to be launched and the launch date has not been released, the project cannot possibly be delayed.

The Egyptian Government and Ministry of Tourism have backed Damac Properties for this development due to our excellent reputation for quality and levels of customer satisfaction, 8,500 customers from over 100 countries can testify to this.

If anyone has any questions regarding the Gamsha development, please feel free to e-mail me and I will be happy to answer them.

Thumbs up Damac Properties

I am a property investor and i brought my 1st overseas property in Dubai and from Damac properties.

I brought a 2 bedroom at the Waves in Dubai Marina and this was off plan and now am my property is worth £290k and i spent £145k so that tells you something invest with the right company and in the right location and you won't go wrong.

Damac had a launch this year on the development called Lakeside and on the day i invested in 12 units most of them were studios and at that time i paid £45,000 for each studio and now they are worth £53,000 each within 7 months WHAT A INVESTMENT.

I have already put my name down to invest in Egypt only with Damac, and and yes they were late with the Wave development but it was worth waiting for and don't forget that it's not a playground that Damac are building but a master-class development.

As people say ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY big developments will take time and will be late but it's worth the money you invest.

If you want to find out more about my investments that i have made with Damac than please fell free to call me on 0777 8540057 i will happy show you what the properties i have are worth now.
