there are many developments on the beach which sell apartments i have one myself with 750 meters of beach, a lot of the hotel groups on the beach also sell units in the hotels like Pyramisa, other pieces of land on the beach can also be used for apartment development it is up to the person who owns the land to what they build on it. get your facts right!!!

You're right it is an old post; the minimum price is now 50,000 GBP with 40% on contract and three quarterly payments of 20%. Keys available on first 40% as these apartments are now finished.

Yes there were a few other companies there but mostly agents not Developers. This show was very poorly attended; only 5000 through the door in three days. It's getting harder to make these big shows cost effective - personally I prefer smaller seminars with a carefully selected audience. At least you have the chance to speak to clients on a one to one basis and of course you know they are interested or why would they come?

Thumbs down Perhaps All Is Not Lost

As an owner of an apartment at Palm Beach Piazza and El Andalous I was very interested to read your quote. Even more amazed to see that it was posted in February. The reason for my surprise was due to the fact that this information has not been forwarded to me. But all is not lost I will track down Resort Alliance perhaps they would like to offer some after sales support.

Default Sahl Hasheesh concerns ??

hi was loooking at this resort but i have a few concerns. the Sahl Hasheesh site has not been updated since 1st july all the you tube dvds are old photos and information for such a big site i would expect 5 star information for potential buyers.i dont think its good anough to rely on bits from forums and other buyers.iv been told the shops are opening the golf course being built the marina started then stopped so lets see them. There are still quite a few units for sale on palm beach as this now complete and you can see what yor buying why? . im not saying theres anything wrong with this site but i think i would hesitate to purchase at this time its making a lot of promises but I need more confidence to seriously look at this

Default Where are you looking?

Hi G4U,

Are you just looking at the Resort Alliance stuff? The agents section of the web site has been "down" for a while. Worldwide Destinations seems to be up to date. Latest construction photos etc. Maybe Peter can shed some light if you feel that the top end resorts are giving bottom end service?

i was looking at this development but the sahl-hasheesh _news/- site has not been updated since 1st july and there have been a few gripes with resort alliance on a few forums.it might be the best thing since sliced camel but as the other post say its about having the confidence.so far have not been to impressed with what info out there.have spoken to a few agents but again what im being told in not been backed up with facts i think i will let this go and will look in the tourist area of hurghada. Not beach front i agree but a third of the price in this new area and a short walk to the prommende shops and resturants i think will be worth a look
