In fact the first phase opens at Easter with the Kempinski Hotel & The Pyramisa opening their doors.....

The marina development is known as Serrenia and has been designed by Sir Norman Foster. This will be the most expensive marina in Europe or the Middle East and includes a seven star hotel which looks like an enormous sea cucumber. There will be a number of palaces, each one 3750m2 built area and all sold at 28 million euros each!
