Default Big Spanish Companies considering to build in Hurghada

Through the grapevine, I have heard major Spanish developers are looking to develop in Hurghada area. What does this mean. It means that people can see this is a place that is going to explode. The domestic Spanish market is static and the developers need new pastures. This is a multimillion euro, dollar company and it is considering to build big. My advice is buy, and buy now. For more information. PM me. thanks

Bit of a simplist message.

There are massive multi-million pound projects popping up all along the red sea which I think is a better indicator than "the Spanish are coming" !!!

Or is it that the so called 'Spanish' developers have found a way to rid themselves of black market pesetas? Don't think 'Spanish' Developers will be able to compete with the present developers already there.
