Interesting that the photos on the front page of the web-site for this resort actually show Sahl Hasheesh which is a bit naughty I think.
The resort itself looks OK. I've seen it from the road whilst travelling between Hurghada and El Gouna. If you are sure that you can live this far out of town then maybe it's OK. Taxis do not cost too much but over time it adds up. Take the local bus with the locals for some real local flavour to your stay. If you really need to be on the beach to enjoy you time in Egypt then maybe. But the prices are not that much lower than other better locations in Hurghada - for example my 24 apartment complex is selling 2 beds for between £25K and £32K, near the Arabia Beach hotel, in Hurghada. So scan what's on offer elsewhere.
