Exclamation Good value apartment in Hurghada

What is a "good value" for a 2 bedroom apartment (about 80sqm) in or near Hurghada.

Is it:

1. £100K plus for high quality finish in its own new resort with lots of facilities
- located outside main Hurghada tourist areas

2. £20k for basic European standard finish with no facilities
- located outside main Hurghada tourist areas

3. £30K for high spec European facilities with selected key facilities
- located in the or very near main Hurghada tourist areas

4. £40K for high spec European facilities with hotel like facilities
- located in the or very near main Hurghada tourist areas

This is a very odd question; it depends entirely on the client, the age profile, their aspirations and the amount of money they wish to spend.

Hi Glenn - Just had a look at the web-site and the 2 bed apartments are listed at between £37k and £42K, not the price you actually reserved at, presumably some time ago. My poll obviously assumes current day pricing for all options.

hi glen just looked at your website, very nice nice but you appear to be a tied agent to property-hotspots and the prices you are quoting are way behind now and that is just a finished apartment without furniture

This Poll seems to be receiving the attention it deserves! Clearly trying to favour the cheaper properties in Hurghada town. Only two contributors says it all! When are you guys going to accept the fact that 30k - 35k is the RIGHT price for a two bed in central Hurghada and 100k+ is the RIGHT price for a front line beach premium resort.

This seems to be a very bitter response does any one even know of a 2 bed in central hurghada for less than £30000

Hi James

This is an old thread and the posts on it are probably not representative of views today! Prices are a bit out of date too!!!
