I think that as ur.e.lawyer hasn't come back to answer our questions we should just forget about him It's possible that he realised he wasn't able to advertise his services on this forum.

Sorry for miss contact.
Sorry also because my explain not understand but i promised that in next day's you will find more interesting things about Hurghada Dreams contract and the problems which the clients will faced it in the future.
You can ask what you like and i respect them opinion but i am also lawyer and i made the contract by my self and i know the risk points and i have the proof also.

I wonder why you always talking about problem of Hurghada dreams contracts only and why don't offer advices on legal issues and in legal threads and only tell your opinion when someone ask you about it as Ziad did???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this makes all wonder why you fight Hurghada dreams as makes me feel here its personal issues and fight??? I don't know if I'm the only one have this feeling here but its obvious if geroge the main person in this project don't know you so how come you did the contracts sorry i have to say you just came to the forum to fight the project

As this is your project how come he prepared the contract? You would do better to work with Zeiad, he is a superb lawyer in my opinion.
