We are a middle aged ex pat couple. We are looking for a 2/3 bedroom unfurnished apartment in a quiet area. We would prefer a long lease with a rent of 1,000 LE per month (maximum).
Would prefer a separate kitchen, full bathroom and neighbours who do not move their furniture at 02:00.

I think at 1000 LE per month you would be looking at renting in an Egyptian neighbourhood and I think you may find in some areas your neighbours may be a bit noisy.

Very optimistic on rental cost I think for what you are asking for, and even in at a local Egyptian area the room layout is unlikley to cover full bathroom and sep kitchen.
