Propertastic’s Complete Guide to Hurghada – The Book

Since the release of the ebook version of Propertastic’s Complete Guide to Hurghada Property and Red Sea Real Estate last Sunday, feedback to it has been highly positive.

So much so, that a publisher has talked me into releasing a revised version of the Guide in the form of a proper printed book. As the information contained within is highly time-sensitive, the book is being rush-released and is currently scheduled for release on 20 December – so in just three weeks’ time - priced at £9.99

The book will be available from Amazon worldwide, as well as all other major online bookstores, plus will be available to order from the Propertastic! site or, by special order from any bookstore in the UK or anywhere else in the world.

Currently there is no other book on the property market in Egypt available – the Propertastic! Guide will be the first, thus marking a major step in Egypt’s transition from an emerging property market to a mainstream property market.

In order to offset the production costs for the book, I am looking to incorporate five full-page advertisements inside. These will be available to advertisers at a price of £75/€100/$150 each.

The publishers estimate that the book will sell around 500 copies during the first three months, with an additional 1,000 copies in the nine months following. This means that the price for getting your advertisement in front of highly qualified buyers looking to invest in Hurghada property is just 5p each – compare that with the cost of Google Adwords, for example, and you can’t fail to see the good value that this offer presents.

As I said, only five advertising spots are available on a first come, first served basis. So, if you are interested, please respond quickly.

I need to submit all materials to the publisher on Wednesday and so this is a very time-sensitive offer. I will need high-quality black and white artwork by that time if the project is to hit its release slot.

I only have one spot left now - the other four all went in a couple of hours last night. So if anyone else here is interested, they better let me know quick in order to avoid disappointment.

Advertising all sold out in 18 hours - so you're too late if you're just reading this thread now (I should have put the price up!)

Release date has been brough forward to 16 December now and it should be listed at Amazon for pre-orders around the middle of next week.

My artwork should be with your publisher on Monday Nick! Looking forward to seeing the finished article. Do the first five advertisers get the first five signed copies for helping you to launch your publishing career?!!

Yes, all advertisers will get the first copies of the book. I shall have to sign them at a later date because I won't be able to get back to the UK for the launch.

So advertisers will actually get to see the book before I will!
