Default Hurghada Village El-Riad

Hello Everybody
I have posted these photo's because i first thought that this was Lotus Breeze as i pass here regularly going for my bbq chicken fix.
Then on closer inspection found it to be Hurghada Village ANOTHER El-Riad development.

This is located on the same dual carrageway as Lotus Breeze but further north near the Grand Resort.

The only problem i can forsee here is it is opposite the large mosque and adjacent to the shell petrol station both of which can get busy.

But is close to my favourite outdoor bbq chicken restaurant.

The dual carriageway should be a great view,
and a sweet aroma from the petrol station,
and then local culture from the mosque,

paradise in Hurghada.

i'm sure from second floor above you will get a sea view,I think El Riad are just building anywhere within the new tourist area.

hi just found your article i have just returned from a visit to hurghada and going through with a perches of a studio apartment in the village on the forth floor with roof top terrace i had a look at the development when i was there and yes has some bad points but there are some plus ones two you have the air port next to you making it easy to come and go also the shopping area promenade with up market shops and hotels and beach is a lot better than down town old hurghada

This is the first I have heard of it. Which developments are you talking about?
