There does eem to be some people already living there. Medhat told me that some Egyptians comming home to retire have bought. THree Russians have bought on the internet,he thinks for investment!. He tells me that theyc are still having a problem selling street side properties. I told him to organise a special offer!
He tells me that the hotel will be 4 star as a five star needs a disco. maybee he will change his mind we can all be disco bunnies again! God I miss the eighties!!!!

My brother George lives already there since end of December. He was the first.

I love the 80"s too....i can get out my white stilletoes again!!!!!

Hi Everyone

All the photos look good so far cant wait to get out and see for my self , i didnt know there was a roof top terrace. And the hotel is going to be 4 star....well well...i agree a disco would be "great" if they played the right music ...i am not a fuddy duddy but have to say music just isnt as good as the 70's and 80's....maybe we could point out the earning poyential a disco could have. Dont know were they would put it but it's worth a try...Like to thank everyone for the help and advice on hotels and flight information ,last week as a new member and a bit green you were all great...THANKS..

My personal opinion its one of the best projects in Hurghada in El Kawther area so congratulation for anyone choosed to invest in this project.

Hi, Babette. It is Wiliam (first in pool!) here from 1053 at the British Resort. I got introduced to this Forum last week and this is my first post here. I am intrigued by your reference (see above) to receiving about 1000 channels on your TV and wonder if you could elaborate on that. We had a Satellite Receiver installed and from what I can see, we get an input from NileSat which has about 350 channels only. Do you have two satellite receivers or do you receive from more than one satellite on the one receiver?

The Disco idea is a good one maybe i can get a job there doing it i am a DJ and Karaoke presenter for the last 15 years have retired now from Djing but maybe Could force myself to start again if the price is right and i speacialize in 70s and 80s music espeacially motown and a thing called Northern Soul.Still have all the great songs from the disco era.

Just found the BR club here. I bought a 2 bed nearly a couple of years ago. Am going out next week for updates. Will take some photos for the club here.
