Bought an apartment at the British Resort next to Suleder and Desert Pearl.
Like to hear if anyone else bought there?

Hi Peter,
First phase will be finished jan/feb 2008 and the 2nd phase in about 6 months. If you look at the pictures of Suleder you see next to it the yellow buildings which is the resort. The swimmingpools and the garden are already finished by now. Was there last november At the back of the resort is the Regency Tower .

I'm afraid we haven't heard much about the British Resort on the forum,
Is the first phase all sold out now?.
Will the first phase be finished on time?.

i am sure redsea furniture would take some pics on his travels and might add it to his portfolio for you

I was told when I met the developer in October that the first phase was 80% sold.

However, I have come to learn that most developers say that their developments are 70-80% sold as it doesn't look very good if a development is close to completion and there are still lots of apartments remaining.

So take this information with a pinch of salt.

I dont think the british resort has developed very much since I first saw it...it was always there in yellow since i first saw it when there was nothing developed on the desert pearl/suledar/cora plots

I have been there in november, our apartment is ready and so are most of the apartments of 1st phase. Will be going in feb. to sort out the furniture.
There are still a few poolside apartments left and most f the streetside apartments.
2nd phase has not been on the market yet I think.
Redsea4ever is selling the apartments.

Hi People I saw this development advertised about two years ago but never knew it was so near Suleder.
I believe they are all 1 and 2 bed apartments,also 15 blocks will be built with the owner retaining 4 blocks for an apart hotel.Also private beach?
What are the prices like?

That's right on all acounts.
Prices at the moment I believe are for 1-bedroom 27.000 british pounds
and 2-bedroom 32.000 pounds.
