Hi Stuandchelle yes panic over!! Glad all went well yesterday and was relatively painless. Sounds like you had a great day seeing some sights as well. Enjoy Grease in November!
Can I ask you to post the costs involved for the POA etc for fellow purchasers wanted to go down this route.

Thanks
Alison

Hi - I guess that's better than my local notary who wants £100 just for one stamp cheeky ******!
I'll be shopping around.

Hi guys
We are Anita & Steve and we have bought apartment 53B1
We used a local notary public as we are from the midlands and couldn't find time to get to London at the time
He charged us £200 and that covered everything and we had it all back in 48 hours ready to send to Zeiad - he even gave our contract the once over for us :-)

Hi Anita that sounds good as normally for a lawyer to give the contract the once over the charge is at least £150.

You're really welcome. I got more enquiries on my email from many clients in Sierra over the same issue, and I told every one the same; there is nothing at all like this, and IN THE EVENT something like this happens in the future (which I really don't expect and hope will never happen) then I will be legally very aggressive on behalf of all my clients who purchased there, but again since the developer has completely deined even the thought of it, I have no reasons to think otherwise.

All the best,

Zeiad Yehia
