Hi Peter - the developer is based in Cairo and would have prob left Sharm by the time you get there.

The agent is Tarek and his office is in Naama bay opposite the Camel Bar and Pascha nightclub - just round the corner from Zeiads office. Im sure he will show you. That would be great if you can get an info.

When you are at the hotel try a visit to one of the hotels restaurants called La Fleur as it is very good. It is more expensive than most in Naama but on a par with a good one in the UK. Also try Pomodoros in Naama, The Tandoori in the Camel hotel is good and we also like the Mexican in Naama which is more or less opposite Hard Rock.
Fave is Kona Kai at the Marriott ( come out of hotel and face the sea turn left on the prom and keep walking and it is next to Novatel ) and you will need to walk through the hotel pool area to get into the main building which brings you straight into the restaurant. Sushi is all you can eat for around £14on a Tues but we book and eat at the teppanyaki tables which is fab entertainment and really tasty ( if you like Thai / Chinese ). Also on the prom before you go into the hotel you will find the Marriott Italian which is very good and quite reasonable as is the Novatel Italian on the beach here.

Dont work too hard and send Zeaid regards from Alison, Paul and family from Sierra xx

Hi any Sierra buyers out there.

Had an update from the developer and my handover wont be the end of this month ( again ).

He said zones 2, 3, 4 and 5 are nearly ready but sanitary needs to be installed as well as tiles and aluminum?? whatever that is. Also fire alarms and electrics to be fitted. So sounds like plastering has not been done yet either.
They are hoping to start landscaping these zones in April and are expecting to start handover for these zones in April / May.

They have filled the 1st phase pool ( if you want to see it PM me your email addie as it is a video )

Regards

Alison
