Excellent stuff!

I suggest that we pick a regular date and time, like 7.00pm on the first Thursday of each month, somewhere nice and central (any suggestions anyone?) and make it a regular get together where anyone in town at the time can pop in.

BULLS works for me.

Even if there's just a handful of us to start with, I think it's worth doing. I know that Derek and his wife mentioned it can be a bit lonely out there as there aren't a huge amount of Brits there at the moment, so it would be a nice way for all us newcomers to start building a social circle.

Default nice to see

I wondered if anyone else on here had bought into M7. We have a top floor apartment at the El Gouna end of the complex. We have a pretty good view of the mountains to the rear and a semi restricted view of the sea to the front.

Not been out since November last year so wondered how advanced the complex was..........any shops etc. Returning end of this month so hope there are no nasty surprises waiting for us!

They are built and just being fitted out.
The agent can't send me site layout plan and plot allocations are on a first come first served basis and wants all the cash now.
I have Goggled Sea Breeze, but not much info is out there!

cheers

Hi Vulcan,

Long time since this post - I was wondering if you went ahead with a purchase in Egypt or did you look elsewhere? Hurghada seems to have moved ahead very fast since your post - what do you think? Have you been out there again?

Does anyone know if there are plans to build more villas in Moubarak 7? I viewed these in Jan and the agent said that a road was going in behind the current last line of villas and another phase being built.

Has anyone heard what the latest is?

Thanks

Lyndsay
