Does anybody have any updated information about Serrenia?

Surely its of huge importance for those who have invested in Sahl, it will help gentrify the whole area

I phoned the London Office a couple of weeks ago. I asked if the project was still going ahead and the receptonist said definitely. She couldn't give me any more information but suggested I email the general manager who is based overseas. I didthis, but to date have not received a reply!!! So really none the wiser!!

Looks like they are still digging out the proposed marina.

Estate Alliance ~ History

also some superb updated pics of Sahl - Look under news!

Fairways being lined by palm trees - Sahl Hasheesh (Green Valley) starting to go green.


Rolf now doing resales and starting rentals.

This is the company Rolf set up after leaving Resort Alliance. He is heavily involved with Oasis Marina and all things Sahl Hasheesh & Hurghada.

Along with Peter & Nick,Rolf is probably the most knowledable of all agents operating in the area.

People want resales - he's got them!

people want to rent their apartments - he's started!

He also owns and lives in probably the best apartment in Sahl Hasheesh.

Peter Mitry & Nick Pendrell were the Co-Founders of Egypt Real and now have offices in Sakkala in the Arena Mall above Costa Coffee. We share these with Rolf van Goors company, Estate Alliance. Together with Rolf we will be marketing some very exciting new projects very soon which we will be delighted to announce shortly.

We have also now opened an office in Sharm el Sheikh and we have a representative in Marsa Alam. Languages spoken include English, Spanish, German, Russian, Polish, French & Latvian.
