Hi Sue - great news that you have received the bulk of your money back and good for you for taking it further with the British Agent.

Congratulations on your new purchase. Maybe if you have any updates or pics you can post on the British Resort thread and maybe add to the furniture thread if you have purchased anything yet - again pics would be lovely.

I have been following your story and I am glad you got most of your money back. I just do not understand why you did not tell us the name of the UK Agent. It may be information that could prevent a similar story.

I cant really disclose any info at the moment as the case is likely to go to court - my solicitor has advised me not to comment on the agent at this time. If anyone out there has purchased through an agent in Liverpool, UK and are worried then pm me with details of the agent you have used and we can talk ' off the record'!

Delighted you finally got most of your money back and have now found something else; best of luck in pursuing the agent. You have the final sanction that if he doesn't play ball you can NAME & SHAME and probably ruin his business.

well that is the only saving grace really that if we dont get the money refunded we can pursue the matter via 'other avenues'. I am quite prepared to write the money off if it means i get total satisfaction from ruining their business - i am sure that naming and shaming them in the public domain is not the best way forward for them nor is having me stand outside their premises handingout leaflets or turning up at their seminars and stands at exhibitions... but if they wanna play hard ball then so be it. I can play it with the best of them!
I am hoping in one way that i can do this as i think i would get more satisfaction from ruining them and warning others than actually getting the money back!!!!!!

I have got a strange feeling that this is what its going to come down to... any ideas what snappy 'quote' i could put on my banner - i will have to have a think!
