Please advise if any developments in Sahl Haseesh boast the following:

3 bed penthouse
Private solarium
Guaranteed rental

None of the Resort Alliance developments in SH have 3 bed penthouses with a solarium or rental guarantees. Not sure about Paradise Gardens or Veranda but I will find out.

Sunset and Red Sea Pearl have 3 bed penthouses but the solarium's are not private and there is no guaranteed rental. I also know of 3 bed villas in Sahl Hasheesh with private pools but no guaranteed rent. To be honest guaranteed rentals aren't always a wise option, depends where the guaranteed rent is coming from. If it is the developer be suspicious if it is from a tour operator or rental company then should be a good one.

Neil is quite right Sunset and Red Sea Pearl have 3 bed penthouses and will have a solarium and sauna on site. You will also get an owners card which will allow you access to the facilities of the Pyramisa hotel.
