Just thought i would show you the start of the construction of Desert Pearl 2. Here are a few pictures i took today around 2pm.

This is an additional leg to attach to Desert Pearl 1 to make it resemble the letter " m "

Also anybody on the forum bought one of these apartments?.

I read responses from Desert Pearl 1 owners expecting to rent out their apartments from March onwards. How will this be possible if this major development of DP2 is next door? I thought that DP2 was meant to be delivered a few months from 1. Obviously I was wrong. Does anyone know when DP2 is meant to be delivered?

Hi Emu49, it is supposed to be Nov 2008. The same time as Coral Sea Pearl, we will have to wait and see if this happens.

hi been using this forum for a few months now and it has been very useful.
bought a studio in dp2 and will going to hurrgada in may for a 2wk hoilday.
apart from cost of flight's i'm very happy with everything so far.the only reason i'm making my 1st post is to get the ball rolling and share any dp2 info with my future neighbour's.

Hi amg have you seen the photos on Desert Pearl thread, the development is looking very good.

hi neil a lot of photos going up now on here and all look's well.does anyone has internal photo's of studio's.mine is located on the 'curve' where it goes around to dp1 so seeing internal layout would be great.thanks allen

morning neil f201.however when i bought last spring the plan i got was a 'n' shape. looking on here it seem's that now it's a j shape if that make's sense.
