Default Coral Sea Pearl

so as not to confuse people this is about Coral Sea Pearl next door to desert pearl 2.

Here are the pictures Ive taken today in the afternoon just to show the start of the construction.

You can see that the " SWIMMING POOL " as its become known recently has begun to be filled with concrete but no re-bar to be seen and what looks like a very shallow foundation. Not what Ive been accustomed to seeing here in Hurghada.

But without influencing anyone ill let the pictures speak for themselves i hope you enjoy them.

Hi derek,

If that's the side of the foundations I see, I think my garage base is thicker.
Surely there is something not quite right here.
I thought they were supposed to put the pool in last ..

Any idea why it has not been drained before doing any foundation work.

The water is an obvious concern and a major issue but what does anybody think about the thickness of the foundations they look as if they are on a serious diet.

I think if El Riad have been involved in as many developments as it seems they have in previous threads i am sure they know what they are doing. How can we sat here looking at photographs pass judgment on their building skills. I for do not know the first thing about building a brick-wall never mind an apartment block. Why don't we wait as Dave says and see what happens before we have another 27 pages of people worrying about what is happening.

Regards,

Neil

All the developments have to be inspected periodically by the government. They have there own set regulations. I know the construction looks nothing like the standards of Europe or America, but it seems to work for Egypt. I don't think there is anything to worry about.
