what do you think of the prices is that competitive also are beach fronted i was told
There are now so many Al-Ahyaa beachfront developments being promoted that it's hard to keep track of them all, all of them being very similar to one another in terms of location, facilities, completion, financing, etc.

GBP700 seems to be the benchmark price/m2 here as GBP400/m2 is the benchmark in the Touristic Centre right now.

In both areas, there are developments that are cheaper than these, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to tell you which here.

Anyone who wants some names can PM me though.

I think it looks OK - I am sure that the architects did their homework.

I certainly have not bad things to say about it, but I just can't see that it has any particular benefits over all of the other competing projects in the same area.

Why do you like it so much?

Everyone really needs to come out and have a look for themselves before buying anything.

There are packages available for just GBP300 or so. It's really a small price to pay compared to buying into the 'wrong' development.
